Stories that stay with you long after the last page

I'm Ada Sinclair — I write essays and books about the quiet forces that shape how we live, and speak to audiences about finding meaning in the everyday.

The story

Words in service of something larger

For fifteen years I've written at the edge where the personal meets the universal — beginning with a single column, then a newsletter read in over forty countries, and now two books and a stage I never expected to stand on. The work asks the same question in different forms: what does it mean to truly pay attention? On the page or in a room of a thousand people, the aim is the same — to make the familiar feel new again.

The most quietly powerful talk of our festival — half the room in tears, the other half taking notes.
